Prozilli Entertainment respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our Services to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and other applicable intellectual property laws.
2. Notification of Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on our Services in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:
2.1 Required Information

- Your contact information: Your address, telephone number, and email address where we can contact you.
- Statement of good faith: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Statement of accuracy: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed.
- Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
2.2 Designated Copyright Agent
Please send DMCA notices to our designated Copyright Agent:

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.

- Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
3.2 Processing Counter-Notices
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notification. The original complainant then has 10 business days to notify us that they have filed a court action to restrain the allegedly infringing activity. If we do not receive such notification within this period, we may restore the removed content.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to our Services and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
Factors we consider when determining repeat infringer status include:
