Community Guidelines

Our Community Values

The Prozilli community is built on creativity, respect, and shared passion for gaming and content creation. These guidelines apply across all our platforms: Discord servers (Prozilli HQ and ZO Syndicate RP), stream chats, social media, our websites, and the ZO Syndicate RP FiveM server. Our goal is to maintain a welcoming, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for everyone.

1. Respect and Inclusion

1.1 Treat Everyone with Respect

Every member of our community deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their background, experience level, or opinions. Disagreements are natural, but they must be handled respectfully and constructively.

1.2 No Discrimination or Hate Speech

We have zero tolerance for discrimination, hate speech, or harassment based on:

• Race, ethnicity, or national origin
• Religion or lack thereof
• Gender, gender identity, or gender expression
• Sexual orientation
• Age
• Disability or medical conditions
• Socioeconomic status
• Political beliefs (though political discussions may be limited to appropriate channels)

1.3 No Harassment

Harassment in any form is prohibited, including:

• Targeted insults, name-calling, or personal attacks
• Threats of violence or harm
• Sexual harassment or unwanted sexual advances
• Stalking or unwanted contact
• Doxxing (sharing personal information without consent)
• Encouraging others to harass someone
• Continuing to contact someone who has asked to be left alone

2. Content Standards

2.1 Appropriate Content

Keep content appropriate for the platform and channel you're in. Some areas (like ZO Syndicate RP) may allow mature themes in roleplay contexts, but gratuitous or explicit content is never acceptable. When in doubt, err on the side of caution.

2.2 Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited across all our platforms:

• Pornographic or sexually explicit material
• Graphic violence, gore, or disturbing imagery
• Content promoting self-harm or suicide
• Content promoting illegal activities
• Content glorifying terrorism or extremism
• Malware, phishing links, or other malicious content
• Content that violates others' intellectual property rights
• Spam, excessive self-promotion, or advertising without permission

2.3 Sensitive Topics

Some topics require extra care. Discussions of sensitive subjects like politics, religion, controversial current events, and personal struggles should be kept to designated channels where available, and must always be handled with maturity and respect for different perspectives.

3. ZO Syndicate RP Specific Guidelines

3.1 Roleplay Standards

ZO Syndicate RP is a serious roleplay server. Players are expected to:

• Stay in character during roleplay situations
• Respect the roleplay of others and not intentionally ruin their experience
• Follow the specific server rules posted in the ZO Syndicate RP Discord
• Report issues through proper channels rather than handling them in-game

3.2 Prohibited RP Behaviors

The following are not allowed in ZO Syndicate RP:

• Random Deathmatch (RDM) - Killing without roleplay reason
• Vehicle Deathmatch (VDM) - Using vehicles as weapons without RP
• Metagaming - Using out-of-character information in roleplay
• Powergaming - Forcing actions on others without giving them a chance to respond
• Breaking character to argue or complain
• Exploiting bugs or glitches
• Combat logging or leaving to avoid consequences
• Roleplay involving sexual assault or involving minors in inappropriate scenarios

3.3 Age Requirement

ZO Syndicate RP contains mature themes and requires all players to be 18 years of age or older. By participating, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

4. Stream Chat Conduct

4.1 Chat Rules

When participating in stream chats (Twitch, YouTube, Kick, etc.):

• Follow the platform's Terms of Service in addition to our guidelines
• Don't spam, flood, or use excessive caps
• Don't promote other channels or content without permission
• Don't backseat game unless the streamer asks for help
• Don't spoil games, shows, or events
• Respect moderators and their decisions

4.2 Lisa Bot Interactions

Lisa, our AI assistant, is present in our Discord servers and may respond in stream chats. When interacting with Lisa:

• Don't attempt to get Lisa to say inappropriate things
• Don't spam commands or overwhelm the bot
• Report any concerning bot responses to moderators

5. Privacy and Safety

5.1 Protect Your Privacy

Be careful about sharing personal information. We recommend:

• Not sharing your real name, address, phone number, or other identifying information
• Using a username that doesn't reveal personal details
• Being cautious about sharing photos that could reveal your location
• Not sharing financial information or login credentials

5.2 Respect Others' Privacy

Never share another person's personal information without their explicit consent. This includes:

• Real names (if they use a pseudonym)
• Photos or videos of them
• Location information
• Social media accounts they haven't publicly linked
• Personal communications

5.3 Report Concerns

If you witness or experience anything concerning, including harassment, threats, or illegal activity, please report it to our moderation team immediately. You can:

• Use Discord's report feature or contact a moderator directly
• Email reports@prozilli.com for sensitive matters
• Contact local authorities if there is an immediate safety concern

6. Enforcement

6.1 Moderation Actions

Violations of these guidelines may result in moderation actions including:

• Warning: A formal notice that behavior needs to change
• Mute/Timeout: Temporary inability to send messages
• Kick: Removal from the server (can rejoin)
• Temporary Ban: Removal from the server for a set period
• Permanent Ban: Permanent removal from one or all platforms

6.2 Factors Considered

When determining appropriate action, we consider:

• Severity of the violation
• Intent and context
• Previous warnings or violations
• Impact on other community members
• Willingness to understand and correct behavior

6.3 Appeals

If you believe a moderation action was made in error, you may appeal by emailing appeals@prozilli.com. Include your username, the action taken, and your explanation. Appeals are reviewed by senior staff and decisions are final.

6.4 Zero Tolerance

Some violations result in immediate permanent bans with no appeal:

• Credible threats of violence
• Sharing illegal content
• Doxxing
• Coordinated harassment campaigns
• Exploitation of minors in any form
• Cheating or hacking in ZO Syndicate RP

7. Be a Positive Community Member

Beyond avoiding prohibited behavior, we encourage you to:

• Welcome new members and help them feel included
• Share constructive feedback and ideas
• Support fellow community members
• Contribute positively to discussions
• Report issues rather than engaging with bad actors
• Give people the benefit of the doubt - misunderstandings happen
